I had a very disappointing experience with this factory in both quality and service. My wooden product had numerous defects after production, requiring two separate inspections due to the poor craftsmanship. The sales manager was challenging to communicate with, as he often had differing opinions and was reluctant to accommodate some of my requests. Overall, the lack of accountability and quality control made this a frustrating process. I would not recommend this factory.
